“They played 4-4-3 on Tuesday night when I went to watch them but we're adaptable.
“We started with a 4-4-2 at the weekend, just until we got a base and then we switched to 4-3-3 which caused them (Peterborough United) a few problems.

“I played with Thommo when he was a player the first time, then I was also his captain when he was the manager here.
“I know what a good professional he is and I expect his players to be.
“I think he's done a fantastic job. He's fetched fourteen or fifteen players in, thrown them together and got them to gel as a team.
“People underestimate how difficult that task can be.”
“There are one or two little niggles but I expect everybody to be ready and raring for the weekend.”
