Oxford United are a side many Imps feel are too big for their boots, some were even pleased to see them go down. Oxford certainly did drop from the halcyon days under the Press Baron when they beat QPR 3-2 in the Milk cup and enjoyed life in the old Division 1, now Premier League.
Now they are back in the League and enjoying crowds twice our own with 122,495 turnstile clicks already. Despite a 0-2 home reverse to the Bulls on Saturday they sit 9th and will probably fancy us as another scalp on their way to a cheeky playoff spot at the first time of asking.
Jealous? You bet but we'll match them for ambition next year win lose or draw on Tuesday night.
