Lincoln expect their signings of Mustapha Carayol and Gavin McCallum to go to a Football League tribunal according to chairman Bob Dorrian. Carayol and McCallum were out of contract at Torquay and Hereford respectively, but because they are both under the age of 24 their former clubs will be entitled to compensation. "We haven't had any communication with Hereford about McCallum," Dorrian told BBC Lincolnshire. "I think Torquay have indicated they do want to go to a tribunal. "We have made Torquay an offer, but I don't think they are too impressed with it. So I think that will almost certainly go to a tribunal, as I think McCallum will as well." Last week Torquay boss Paul Buckle confirmed his club intended to take Lincoln to a tribunal over the Carayol deal. "They've got a first-team player from us for nothing at the moment," he told the Herald Express. "We'll go to a tribunal if we have to, and that's what we're planning for. We think we have a good case."
