The former Hungary Under-21 international is one of five City players available for transfer along with Aaron Brown, Richard Butcher, Jamie Clarke and Sam Clucas.
"It is always a shame to see players moving on, especially when they have worked hard for the club over a period of time," Imps chairman Bob Dorrian told the club's official website.
"The January transfer window does, however, give players who are not getting regular first-team football an opportunity to find another club and continue to develop their careers."
Jamie Clarke is the latest player to express a desire to leave the Bank. Despite his FA Cup goals he has fallen down the pecking order as Chris Sutton reorganises his squad.
Rumours are linking him heavily with a return to Accrington where he has spent time on loan.
