Lincoln are without midfielder Scott Kerr, who starts a two-game ban after his 10th yellow card of the season in Saturday's 1-0 loss at Cheltenham. The defeat at Whaddon Road was a first in seven matches for Lincoln, who have lost just once at home in 2010.
Morecambe will be without suspended defender Andy Parrish, who was shown a straight red card for conceding a penalty on Saturday against Crewe.
But, after Crewe missed that penalty, the Shrimps came back to win 4-3.
And Sammy McIlroy's men now go into Monday's game on a high, only three points adrift of the play-off pack.
