French entrepreneur and would be Lincoln City Venture Capitalist Michael Foley has now given a written notification to the Lincoln City Board.
The board have confirmed that they have received it and will give a decision in due course. The date set by Mr Foley for what could end up in excess of six figures of investment, not to mention others coming on board, is March 20th
