The Iron are set to complete a deal for Michael O'Connor today, according to BBC Radio Stoke.
The deal will see the 21 year old former Imps loanee, move to Glanford Park for an estimated £150,000..
O'Connor fell out with Crewe boss Gudjon Thordarson in February, and was subsequently allowed to leave the club to join City on loan. He made his debut in the 5-1 reverse at Grimsby.
Despite this his all action displays led to Jacko extending his loan until we were mathmatically out of the promotion frame.
O'Connor's last game for Crewe was against Yeovil on 24 February, but it was on a trip to Brighton where he was allegedly ejected from the team coach after a game of cards went wrong and ended in a dispute.
