Lincoln City chief executive Dave Roberts says he is pleased with the new signings made by manager Chris Sutton so far over the close season.Sutton has brought in goalkeeper Joe Anyon, midfielder Josh O'Keefe and winger Mustapha Carayol to Sincil Bank.
Roberts told BBC Lincolnshire: "There's some early activity which is nice to see and he's made some good signings.
"We've put together what we consider a competitive budget and Chris seems to be spending that wisely."
One area which Sutton is yet to add to is Lincoln's attack, but Roberts feels there is no cause for alarm.
"He's got quite a rebuilding squad to do and key to it is a striker," he said.
"Every single club is chasing a striker but if you were to ask me if I had confidence in him finding one, then yes I have."
