Weaver as an Imps reserve
It was widely believed Weaver would be coming back to Sincil Bank to challenge for a first team spot in the absence of Paul Morgan. However the City captain is ready for a quick return, meaning Keith Alexander agreed for to allow Weaver to remain at the Moss Rose Ground.
Weaver has made 6 appearance for Macclesfield picking up a single booking in his first game against Yeovil.
